The drips sign follow-ups with your first name and area code only (a full phone number never goes in a text). Opening texts are signed by your assistant: a 3 or 4 letter name like Mia or Lily, different for every agent.

Outside these hours every drip text waits for the next window (replies you send from the Inbox still go out right away). The drips themselves only run 8:30 AM to 9 PM, so a window outside that is trimmed to it.

When a lead says yes, send the age and gender text
If you call your yeses right away, pick a delay. When the lead picks up, click Stop drips on their conversation in the Inbox and the text never goes out. If they don't answer, it sends after the delay. If the lead texts again during the delay, the text is skipped and their reply waits for you in the Inbox.
